REMIND PEOPLE: to TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE before any repairs, but DO NOT HOLD UP REPAIRS to wait for an inspector. The resulting mold can be dangerous.

REMIND PEOPLE: REGISTER REGISTER REGISTER...even if they don't think they are qualified for benefits. They may not be "as insured" as they think they are. And they can often get more benefits than they think.

Types of Benefits:
- Low interest loans
- Cash grants for housing assistance, medical, dental, funeral and
other disaster needs
- Home Repair Assistance for essential living areas
- Sponsors crisis counseling, disaster legal services and financial recovery planning
- Small Business Administration (SBA) Personal Property Loans, low-interest,
long-term loans to repair or replace a primary residence.

NOTES:

There is NO GUARANTEE that all sites provide the same services. There is no standard list of disaster relief/recovery services. It might be worth visiting two or three of these locations to see what different services are offered.
