cat_notes: A company called and reported that Kim was soliciting $400 purses on eBay. They said that they have several letters from her talking to how much money she has and how she can easily afford this or that purse. They never sent the purse, because Kim never sent the money. Kathleen questions her ability to relate to reality, and that she refuses to "commit" to a single "primary residence" and that this is the basis of her inability to get support. Kathleen seems to think she can handle her needs from there (Mississippi). Why do you guys want to keep her in the database? I just want to understand why. That's all. Do you guys know something I don't?
LT: See my emails regarding the above. This location per Kim's brother is "a fishing camp they used to go to as kids and Kim bought it a couple yrs. before Katrina". I let him know that I didn't know of one volunteer org that was going to help her rebuild what was a "shack" on her private vacation property, and that she'd be much better off setting her priorities and getting her primary residence repaired/renovated.
10/14/07 recap of events!
10/13/07 Kim called me!
She was unable to obtain access to this record according to the call as we were trying to access while I was on the phone with her. I updated the needs for her (HOPING this would stop her from creating a duplicate record) I informed Kim that I had been the one to remove her needs from this record!! She thought somebody else had done it!! Ultimately my effort did not stop her as she entered another, immediately upon hanging up... using her maiden name!! -> LTel 6/8/08 moved all public information, closed facility to the public, old notes moved:
Hurricane Survivor: Kim David (also goes by Kim
Main number: 504-339-3699
Old notes: Located On Bayou Lacroix
New Orleans Side of 603 Bridge

This lady is a red flag. Kathleen Johnson can document the fraudulent attempts for her to get rebuilding services by volunteers for a "vacation cabin/property".
Leslie Teltoe has spoken to this resident multiple times and deems her as having mental instability and concerns about fraud risk. Approach with caution.
