JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH – The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center located at New Wine Fellowship Church, 1929 W Airline Hwy in LaPlace, will be closed on Sundays, starting Sept. 23, 2012. The recovery center will remain open Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. FEMA recovery centers provide personal assistance and disaster relief information to homeowners, renters and business owners who have had damage to their home or personal property as a result of Hurricane Isaac.
