We here at Texas A&M just finished developing an integrated disaster-related database for iPhones and BlackBerrys of Texas resources for people with disabilities and other special needs: http://disabilitytips.tamu.edu/ On the page “Texas Resources” you can search by zip code for housing, transportation, medical, etc. supports AND upload resources and supports as well. You can also search by functional need and find agencies and organizations that provide disability-related and other needs. It is a web-based site so those with state or federal BlackBerrys don’t have to download the app.
