notes: Biloxi Area Volunteers Must Unite The City of Biloxi has met with the heads of various volunteer organizations and has requested that all volunteers report to the Disaster Coordination and Relief Center at 618 Division Street before going out in the field and helping. They have set up a grid whereby volunteers can be sent to a location on the grid to help. This is the best way to spread out the help without overlapping efforts.
