mission: Love Thy Neighbor MINISTRY, started as a part time evangelism & disaster ministry in 1987 in Georgia and Florida by founder and Senior Minister Dwight D. Baker. In the 1990’s there were two branches created. Operation Love Thy Neighbor was focused on disaster relief and Love Thy neighbor was focused on evangelizing outreach. In 2005, OLTN responded to the Katrina disaster where some are still working to rebuild. OLTN has also helped with the 2008 Missouri and Iowa flooding and tornadoes. In February of 2007 LTN MINISTRY moved its’ ministry offices to South Dakota and added two more divisions; LTN NATIVE AMERICAN MINISTRY and LTN CHRISTIAN FOSTER CARE MINISTRY.
