Abby Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a safe haven for abandoned dogs and cats. We provide a comfortable and loving home for dogs and cats facing shelter euthanasia and otherwise abandoned dogs and cats. They will receive proper nutrition, the best of medical care, comfortable living and sleeping areas, large indoor and outdoor areas to play, and most importantly, the love and care that they deserve. Our goal will require aggressive fundraising - initially for the purchase of property and later for sustainability.

Please be advised that because Abby Animal Sanctuary does not yet have a property to keep the animals, we cannot accept animals from the public. We currently work through a network of foster homes, which consist of people who volunteer to take care of the animals until they get adopted. We do not have the resources to take in animals from the public at this time. If you have an animal that you can no longer take care of, we suggest that you network through your own friends and family and do your best to find a new home yourself. We hope that everyone will commit to responsible pet guardianship.
