Dear Friends,
The recent wildfires have affected all of us profoundly. Some of
us have great recovery needs, especially those of us whose houses
were lost. All are in the prayers of St. Bartholomew’s people and
clergy. And we want to put our prayers into action. Our Prayer in
Action Team, coordinated by Bill Angus, is poised to serve as
consultants to those who are working their way through such daunting
tasks as registering with FEMA (a must), detailed expense and other
records keeping, filing insurance claims, securing tax relief,
arranging to rebuild, and many others.

We will make every effort to direct the particular forms of help
