RISE - Disaster Case Management Services

Recovery for Ike Survivors Enterprise (RISE) program is funded by FEMA and will be providing disaster case management services for Ike survivors in 16 Texas counties, including Galveston.

RISE is a disaster case management program, operated by Lutheran Social Services Disaster Response, designed to provide help, support and advocacy for survivors of Hurricane Ike as they recover from the disaster. RISE case managers work in partnership with hurricane survivors to assess their disaster-related needs, develop long-term recovery plans, and connect survivors to available resources to meet their disaster-related needs.
