Volunteers, Individual Volunteers (This facility accomodates Individuals Volunteers) available at Vineyard USA (Mercy Response) - (Hosted by Vineyard Church Clear Lake)

Our church wants to send a team. Where do we start?
You can register your team online. Visit our homepage and click on the sign up a team button, then Register your Team starting with Step 1. There you will be able to complete a web form that will give us the information needed to start the process. Follow steps 2 and 3 accordingly.

If you have questions, you can contact Janell Hirschoff at janell@mercyresponse.com by phone at 504.467.3257.

Once we register, are we locked in to the information that we entered—both team numbers and trip dates?
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from our Teams Coordinator to begin the planning of your trip. If you need to make changes, please be sure to check with our Teams Coordinator before you change dates or add more people to your team.

I want to come down and help, but I can’t get a team together. Can I come by myself?
Individual workers are always welcome. You can register as an individual by visiting our homepage. Click on Sign Up An Individual and then follow the steps accordingly. You can complete a web form that will give us the information needed to start the process.

Are there any blackout dates on the Mercy Response calendar?
Yes. The week of Thanksgiving and two weeks between Christmas and New Years our camp is closed.

Can we bring our youth group?
Unfortunately, we are only able to send out volunteers 18 years or older on our work crews due to the nature of the relief work.
