Counseling, Trauma Counselor, Volunteer needed by Trauma Intervention Programs of San Diego (TIP)

Volunteers needed to provide immediate emotional and practical support to survivors of traumatic events and their families in the first few hours following a tragedy.

Extensive training provided. 3 12-hour shifts per month required, either 7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM. Volunteers must submit to a background check and fingerprinting.

Work takes place at various areas in the North and East Counties, also Poway and South Bay.

Minimum age: 16 with adult.
