Diabetes Referrals In partnership with the Diabetes Center in Watsonville, Second Harvest's Community Food Hotline is providing referrals to various types of information and services for those with, or wishing to test for, diabetes. For information and referrals on diabetes call the Community Food Hotline, (831) 662-0991, 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
