Housing, Volunteer Housing * (ANY/ALL Types) available at Lutheran Disaster Response, Alabama

Where will we be staying?
This volunteer experience will be unlike any vacation that
you have ever taken! Volunteer housing is primitive – you
may spend the nights in a church fellowship hall, a gym, a
warehouse, a tent or a converted semi trailer. You will
probably share a shower and toilets with 100+ other people.
Glamorous? Not exactly. But it will be an unforgettable
experience.

How much does it cost to volunteer?
Not much. We do not charge a program fee to our volunteers,
recognizing that many people give up their vacation time to help.
our are responsible for the all transportation throughout your trip.
You should also expect some costs for food and other supplies.
Finally, volunteers are encouraged to bring some money to spend on recreational activities, dining out, or shopping in the area.
