Mission: • Strengthening or increase the capacity of the training Project Management Committee (PMC) and ULS (Fighting unit for health)
• Sensitization program, training and education for the prevention of acute diseases, and common infections (cholera, typhoid, malaria, Syphilis, AIDS and ect ...) and non-communicable diseases (arterial hypertension, diabetes, ect ..).
• Program of mobile clinic providing information and care to people most remote.
• Program of malnutrition
• Family Planning Program
• Immunization Program / Prenatal follow
Dental care
• Strengthening the system of care and patient monitoring
• regular monitoring and evaluation of quality of care given by the PMC and ULS.

Specific objectives

• Conduct actions resulting in the reduction of maternal-infantile death.
•To promote the healthy development of children.
• Promote the training of qualified professionals (health workers) and responding the community needs
• Fight against bad practices and environmental health in the community.
• Improve knowledge, attitudes and practices relating to major public health problems increasing.
• Training of formation and education for the population about their health problem and their environment to prevent acute diseases, and common infectious.
• Reduce the occurrence risk of diseases.
• Wear the public to consider the elderly as people and has full functional.
• Control of locally endemic.
• Reduce morbidity and mortality.
