Tuesday, Sept. 6
Alabama Baptist Disaster Relief teams are being deployed in cooperation with other state conventions to serve communities in Vermont and North Carolina in the wake of hurricane Irene. Cleanup/Recovery, Chainsaw and Mudout efforts are being supported by CISM chaplains as efforts to help residents continue in the aftermath of storm damage. Please pray for survivors as well as those serving in crisis mitigation.
----
Also, there is still a significant amount of work being done by volunteers in the disaster rebuild effort following the April 27 tornadoes.
Please join us in praying for the relief effort.
