I want to keep this record as the POD because I have given them the link. Thx. lpar (SEE note for record #) :-) Dnug
5/22/11: Leslie- the last time ARC spoke at a mtg. they said all but 2 shelters were open. Not sure if this is one of them. Do you know? Since I am Sure it is a POD, I changed "facility type" to Supply Pod. Would you rather we make a separate record? If so, I really think as Shelters close, you should close them and get rid of clutter. If a disaster strikes an area, it would not be hard to pull up the closed shelters and put them all back on standby. I would do that for you even if I wasn't "working" a particular disaster. Just shoot me an email that says, Laura- pl put all shelters in X state back on standby. Just a thought. What do you think? PS All POD are donation drop offs just occured to me that that item should go into all PODS- duh. -> 6/21/11: Dayle- They are no longer a shelter, but they are a POD, would you (when you have time) make another record for them as a shelter and put it on Standby. Response from Leslie- No, as shelters close just put them on standby and also, all PODs are not necessarily collection sites. Lpar
