What we do

We respond instantly to natural and manmade disasters by delivering boxes of aid to those who are most in need.

Each box supplies an extended family of up to 10 people with a tent and essential equipment to use while they are displaced or homeless.
We are now firmly established at the forefront of disaster relief and our work constantly earns the respect of outside agencies.

It's all about the box
The ShelterBox solution in disaster response is as simple as it is effective.
We deliver the essentials a family needs to survive in the immediate aftermath of a disaster.

Each large, green ShelterBox is tailored to a disaster but typically contains a disaster relief tent for an extended family of up to 10 people, blankets, water storage and purification equipment, cooking utensils, a stove, a basic tool kit, a children’s activity pack and other vital items.

If you'd like to make a $10 donation to support ShelterBox in their efforts to respond immediately to disasters, text the message Shelter to the number 20222 via your mobile phone.

Answer Yes when asked to confirm your donation. You will then receive a text message confirming your donation. A one-time donation of $10 will be added to your mobile phone bill or deducted from your pre-paid balance. Messaging and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Service is available on most carriers.
