Every Sunday, 9 AM
Alcoholics Anonymous, meets every Sunday at the Center from 9-10 AM. The group has been meeting for several years and is always well attended. The format for this meeting is topic discussion. For more information visit

Second Saturday of the Month, 11:30 AM
A discussion group for those wanting to bring greater awareness and consciousness into their lives, relationships and communications. Conversations will be lively, thought provoking and interesting. The purpose of FCTS is to provide a confidential and non-judgmental meeting place for those of us who were born female (or assigned female at birth) and feel that this is an inaccurate and/or incomplete gender identity.. Each month the Literature Group discusses a previously chosen novel, most either written by Lesbians or have a Lesbian-themed content. The books range from fiction, biographies to mysteries and romance. The group is also known for it's discussions outside just the novels. This is a fun and outgoing group (as any of its regulars would attest to)! All are welcome, even if you have not finished or even read the book. We hope you will join us!! * Monthly Meditation
Fourth Saturday of the month, 11:30 AM
Come join us in our second year of monthly meditation. Newcomers and Old Pro’s alike are welcome. Give yourself an hour of peace and tranquility, and some tools to take into your life which can help reduce stress, relax the nervous system and support your sense of well being. Facilitator Anthony Smokovich presents monthly “themes” during the meditations and takes participants into a “guided journey” which often prove healing and deeply nourishing. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to let go of old patterns that no longer serve you. For lesbian, bisexual and transwoman single moms with child(ren). Through adventures and discussions of our shared paths in life we will thrive off sisterhood and leave with positivity and validation. Every Sunday, 4-6 PM
The Triangle Community Center's support group for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth. Most participants come from Fairfield County, though we've welcomed members from the New Haven, Hartford and Westchester areas. We talk about family, school, work, friends, relationships, movies, politics, fitting into both the gay and straight world, and much more. We support each other.

We have held dances, a holiday party, and a potluck dinner; joined TCC members at Bloodroot; attended TCC Movie Nights and do outreach and speaking sessions before groups In addition, we've heard guest speakers and health educators; participated in such statewide events as the Children of the Shadows conference, the Wesleyan Congress, and the New London People's Forum; did the AIDS walk; and attended PFLAG meetings. Every other month, first Wednesday (starting January), 7:30 PM
A support group that promotes the health and well being of gay, lesbian bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through support: to cope with an adverse society, education, to enlighten an ill informed public; and advocacy, to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights. Senior Lesbians Happily At Play joins forces with the TCC to expand their network for lesbians, generating social, cultural and athletic activities, into Fairfield County. Active older lesbians (and their younger friends) are invited to come to the events, lend your ideas and give it energy.
Sunday, January 23, 12-3 pm: Point of View Movie, “Gray Matters,” a romantic comedy that refuses to play it straight. Discussion and refreshments following.

The Triangle Transgender Society provides a safe place where transgender individuals can meet, share life experiences, thoughts, support each other, educate, feel relaxed, have fun, make new friends, and just be ourselves.
