mission: FROM THE SITE: "Children's Village" is located on the southern coast of Haiti in the village of St.George. The children's village will be home to children of special needs and children suffering from AIDS; few Ministries are willing or able to undertake the care for these children in Haiti. This multi-faceted ministry will include medical care, housing, school, and living quarters; it will also be a home-base for missionaries, visitors, and pastors involved with the project. The children's village is currently under construction.The Haitian government has committed heavy equipment and workers as well as people from the local villages to help. We have also received help and advice to begin our fish farming and hydroponic vegetable project (in its planning stages). YOU CAN HELP Please consider being a financial partner with this ministry. Phase One is completed: land preparation, roads, and security fencing. Phase II is pouring the concrete for the foundation. The Children's village is in need of skilled volunteers for construction. A building team will be planned at a future date.
