As mentioned in previous message, the Marigot population has provided the land for the CTC. Cubans and miss Juste have approved it. Water has been installed as well as electricity. Mabouya has rented a small house right accross the street for the 9 cuban doctors who will manage the center and to keep supplies. Supplies can be kept at Mabouya or at CDI Cayes jacmel while the 9 cubans are being installed in Marigot which should be today at most. The marigot comitty has split the area into 45 parts, each with one person in charge of informing the population about the disease and proper preventive measures. Each should also carry a minimal amount of ORS specially in the section communales further away.
