We are Konbit for Haiti and we have been deploying medical professionals to Haiti since January 2010. Along with matching volunteers with our deployment partners, we cover the cost of secure lodging and transportation and all other travel accommodations for our deployees. Most of our volunteers have been deployed with Medishare at the Bernard Mevs hospital in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. We are also partnered with J/P HRO camp in the city of Bourdon, L'Hopital L'Espoir in the city of Delmas on the outskirts of PAP and L’Hopital Justinien in Cap Haitien in the North of the country. Right now our focus is to deploy as many volunteers as possible to help with Cholera relief efforts. We operate from Miami and rely on the organizations in Haiti to take care of the logistics on the ground for the volunteers. Konbit is growing and we are hoping that we can be on the ground in the future and would like to keep your information.
