Mission: from website:
Doc to Dock is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was originally inspired by the Clinton Global Initiative in 2005.
Everyday in the United States, thousands of tons of unused medical supplies are either incinerated or sent to landfills. At the same time in developing nations, thousands of patients are turned away from hospitals and medical centers due to a lack of these supplies. Doc to Dock is dedicated to correcting this imbalance and improving our environment by gathering and redistributing these vitally needed supplies to countries in the developing world. Our shipments of medical material have brought hope and healing to countless patients
and decreased our carbon footprint in the process.
This organization provides Temporary or Permanent Service? Temporary

Doc to Dock delivers medicines and medical supplies to St Damien orphanage in Haiti
Doc to Dock delivered almost 1400 pounds of vitally needed medical supplies to Haiti, including cases of antibiotics, analgesics, pediatric crutches and infant formula. The supplies were donated to the St. Damien Children’s Hospital in Port-au-Prince thanks to the generosity of Abigail Disney, the Daphne Foundation and Flexjet.
Partner’s in Health, a Boston based NGO which has been providing health care in Haiti for many years, served as Doc to Dock’s ground partner.
