Here, you will get your name or your group added to our list of potential volunteers. Please provide us with as much information as you can about you or your group. Email us back your COMPLETED application. Applications will be accepted once all of the required information is provided. All volunteers - medical and nonmedical are required to complete the application. All Haiti Medical Relief Volunteers will be required to provide a nominal donation for their participation to go toward ground transportation and fees associated with the team on the ground. The donation will vary depending on the number of days that a volunteer will be participating. Your participation is not guaranteed until your application is received, reviewed and you are accepted to participate. Once participants are selected a comprehensive Disaster Relief Field Guide will be provided to the volunteers with detailed information. Join Us!
