Caregivers - Volunteers help older adults with light housekeeping, yardwork, minor repairs, meal and library book delivery, transportation to appointments, and making friendly visits.
Family Friends - Volunteers befriend a child with special needs due to a chronic health condition or disability, offering love, companionship and support to the entire family.
Strong for Life - Volunteers coach older adults in an easy to follow fitness routine designed to improve strength, function, and balance.

Volunteers are trained to respectfully and compassionately help older adults and children with special needs and their families. Volunteers are the heart of Faith in Action. By sharing a few minutes a month or an hour or two each week, you assure the well-being of your neighbors.
Volunteers opportunities (updated 10/12/09):
Housekeeping - We have several requests light housekeeping - either one time cleanings or regular, twice a month visits to the same person.
Exercise coaches - Call Deana to find out how you can be a volunteer coach. You can help others lead a healthy life and get your daily exercise in at the same time!
