Horizon House provides transitional shelter for homeless families who are highly motivated to make a permanent change in their lives. Services include short-term shelter; long-term case management; parenting classes; budget counseling; daily living skills; nutrition classes; and job training/coaching. This office is also the intake site for after hours emergency lodging through the Salvation Army. Please direct persons to this address, or have them call the office.
