notes: To Look to see if an organization is already listed in the database. Choose "Facilities/Organizations" (upper left hand corner) Scroll down and look for a RED BUTTON and inch or two from the top of the page, or on top of the table of facilities. The RED BUTTON will either say, "ADVANCED SEARCH" or "SEARCH AGAIN". Choose the button. Scroll down and click on "Advanced Search". Choose the column to search (Name = facility name) Choose "contains". Type in the part of the name of the organization that is most unique. Choose "Search".
