Then choose the button for "designated counties" to see if your county is there. Note the box on the right hand and choose the "tab" for "individual assistance" to see if your county is qualified to receive federal funds for individuals. Note that "Category B" declarations usually don't have any funds available for individuals. Only for towns and cities.
