North County Fire Relief
The current Firestorms of San Diego County have deeply affected us
all and have left thousands of people without the basic necessities
of life. Our hearts and doors are open and we want to reassure you
that the work of Interfaith Community Services continues to meet these emerging needs.
How can I help?
While there are urgent needs of the community that need immediate
attention, we ask for you to remain committed to provide support
both now and in the upcoming months as more and more families will
feel the aftermath of the fire not only in the loss of their homes,
but also the loss of employment/income, loss of safety and security,
and the need to be comforted in a time of sorrow.
Donations
Our current donation needs for those affected in North County are:
- Nonperishable Food Items
- Bottled Water & Juices
- Toiletry Items
- Towels and Blankets
- Baby Food, Supplies, and Diapers
- Sleeping Bags
- Gift Cards for Families
Our expected long-term needs are:
- Nonperishable Food Items
- Cash donations for families needing motel accommodations
- Blankets, Coats, and Jackets
- Gift Cards for Families
