Mission: PQMD is an alliance of humanitarian relief organizations and medical product manufacturers dedicated to raising the standards of medical donations to meet the needs of underserved populations and disaster victims around the world. As one of the leading authorities on medical donations recognized by the world health organization (who) and others, pqmd aims to encourage the donation and delivery of appropriate medicines to people in need in a timely and effective manner.

To improve global health, PQMD develops initiatives to eliminate disease, increase capacities of existing healthcare systems, and improve the provision of emergency services to clinics and shelters for displaced populations. PQMD members work with one another and with local hospitals, NGO partners, ministries of health and international agencies to promote best practices, advance relevant policy formulation and study the impacts of the donation of health care products and services.
