The CATS evolution CATS has grown extraordinarily over the last 25 years and currently serves over 6,000 clients a year through 8 programs with more than 110 trained staff. These 8 programs taken together have the capacity to serve every point of need-and every segment of our target population-from first outreach, through comprehensive treatments, to follow-up support and permanent housing. This is the heart and structure of the CATS "continuum of care." Within the CATS network are designated programs to serve women, men and the elderly aged 55 and over, answering the need to feel safe and understood in the process of recovery and transformation.
