Volunteer Opportunities, In General * (ANY/ALL Types) available at Butte Humane Society

The most important contribution you can make to the Butte Humane Society is your time and help. There are many different ways to get involved. We welcome anyone with a love for animals and a commitment to helping our cause to join our volunteer program!

Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, we are able to host events like our annual Puppy Love & Kitten Kisses Valentine's dinner and auction, the Mutter's Day in the Park events on Mother's Day weekend, and our Pet Photos with Santa opportunity during the holidays.

If you are interested in volunteering with the Butte Humane Society, you must first complete a volunteer application and attend a volunteer orientation. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Junior volunteers (age 12-15) must have an adult accompany them at all times while volunteering.
