Coats/Jackets, Children, New or Gently Used available at Hearts With Hands, Inc.

The goal of this program is to ensure that every child in the Buncombe County-Asheville City school systems have a warm coat for winter. Over one thousand coats have been placed in the two years the program has been conducted.
